In the last 5 years or so, it seems the left has admitted defeat in a way. They no longer keep the pretense that they only care about opportunity. They care about equal outcome, and they seem to hint that they don't think blacks are capable of it on their own. That's what the "white privilege" talk is intimating.

Secrecy laws - As long as the public knows about and agreed to the law, the thinking goes, it's okay for the government to build a secret surveillance architecture atop it. But the FISA court is, in effect, breaking the first link in that chain. The public no longer knows about the law itself, and most of Congress may not know, either. The courts have remade the law, but they've done so secretly, without public comment or review.

Why do you think Obammy is going stupid crazy with his assault against the citizens? The mandatory DNA data base on all civilians disguised as an HIV test. The spying from every quarter. The ammunition buy-ups and noise against guns. The people are being stirred up to revolt, because a revolt solves all the problems of widespread unprofitable troop deployment, a necessarily devolving deep sea navy, less oil to deploy the mass machinery and etcetera. The War Machine MUST continue, but it has to retract from its overreach.

If a black boy simply graduates from high school with a GPA that passes the laugh test, private colleges across the nation will beat down his door to recruit him. Public universities insist on the right to use equally blatant racial preferences to admit their own treasured store of underqualified black students. If that black undergraduate finishes college, elite employers and professional schools will zealously seek him out.

B29′s Attorney, David M Chico, ... was the State Prosecuting attorney in the 2005 Zimmerman case, and ABC knew but did not reveal to audience... The biggest question we have about the revelation is:  How attorney David Chico came to be in contact with the juror, B29. Did/Is ABC funding the relationship? ... she is all of a sudden able to afford an attorney 24/7 and together travel to New York? This attorney is coincidentally the former State prosecutor in the 2005 case against Zimmerman? And ABC just coincidentally molds the interview to present the story of B29 as a divisive racial issue? Uh-huh.

Formerly content to flush out resistance after the main parade had passed, Republicans are closing the gap. Think not? What Republican today would propose a reprise of Operation Wetback ? What Republican today would propose eliminating the Department of Education, and others, as Reagan did? John Kennedy would be rejected by today's Republicans as a right wing radical with no chance of being elected.
