At the Core of the IRS Saga: Tax Collectors as Political Hitmen

It's all good fun to mock the Internal Revenue Service's plausibility-challenged explanations for just how potentially embarrassing (to the IRS)  emails were lost and why they can't be recovered, but let's not forget what's at the core of the story: the tax collection agency's long and storied history as a political hitman. IRS audits have been targeted at political opponents of incumbent presidents, tax information has been leaked about enemies of powerful members of Congress, and the agency's own employees have abused their power for personal reasons.

  1. I have no love of government in my heart I am an anarchist. Far too many make a link between government and country into one entity. I can love my country America with all my heart and still hate the government. Government is an evil cancer at every level. Nothing is produced by government it only consumes. Sadly for society there needs to be a form of government. If we are forced to have a government I sure do not want its agencies used as political attack tools.

Our founding fathers had it about as close to perfect as it can ever be. They understood government was in love with two things its self and power. Our constitution was written to severely limit federal power. They knew only at the local level can government’s love of power have a chance to control the obsession to gain power. The federal government was never designed to hold true power.

Read the constitution which was written by extremely intelligent and educated men. With all their education it was written in very simple easy to understand language. They wanted their words understood by the average uneducated man at the time.

Almost everything done by the federal government today is unconstitutional. Nothing in the constitution allows the federal government to control the environment, workplace safety, education, mandating air bags in cars or the millions of other places they control.
