At Netroots Nation, liberals slammed voter ID laws, labeling them something akin to “Jim Crow” laws. Yesterday, the U.S. District Court For The Middle District Of North Carolina refused to block the state’s voter ID law, which will be enforced in the upcoming midterm elections.

I don't get it. I voted last Tuesday here in fabulous Michigan, but before I did, I had to present my picture ID and sign a statement that I am a citizen and fully entitled to cast my ballot.
ReplyDeleteAny place that doesn't require you to do that likely has rampant voter and election fraud. Anyone who says having to produce an ID is wrong and onerous is truly an enemy of fair elections. If you are so off the grid that you don't have an ID, are you really someone who is burning to get out there and vote??? I know the answer to that - only if someone will pay you good money to do so!

DeleteWhenever I have had that happen in work place situations with people senior to me, I never said a word, but moved right back into the bully's space so he had to move or fall over. Only creepy punks do that for sure. If that doesn't work, then get out of there quick (which I also had to do). Ahh, Eric, you brought back such memories [
