No girl has ever improved her looks with a gaudy mural injected under her skin or a piece of metal dangling from her nostrils. There’s no man on Earth who has ever thought about his girlfriend or wife, “Man, you know what would make her even sexier? A butterfly emblazoned just over her ass.” Yet despite this objective reality, thousands of girls continue to mutilate themselves at an astounding rate, to the point where more girls now have tattoos than men. Here are the reasons why you should shun these girls like they’re lepers.

That's ridiculous nonsense. Yeah the dumb chick in the picture with a face tattoo but not your average person with tattoos.
ReplyDeleteI read the article and yes, there is much to oject to find fault with. However the core point is on target. I have yet to see any woman whos' nose pircings or tatoos improved her looks. What I find attractive is a woman who knows how to dress in the traditional feminine fashion; longish hair, minimal amount of makeup, modestly dressed ( a skirt or dress that is at knee length). I am saying there is a difference between looking feminine vs sexy.
ReplyDeleteFor the gals: Here is a free dating tip for you. IF you want to date and mate with a rock solid, dependable, one woman man kind of a guy, then start dressing to look feminine and save the looking sexy till AFTER you are married to him. Second free tip; when out on a date pay attention to how he treats the "little people" those who are "unimportant". That is the real character of the man. And if he will not take you to church or is unwilling to, that ought to be an immediate show stopper.

DeleteAgreed.
My first two question in the past to women who I was interested in dating were, "Do you smoke, and do you *drink." In present I ask three, in order: "Do you have ink or other piercings not readily visible, do you smoke, do you drink." Any one yes answer got a thank you but I ain't interested. (*drink, more then socially) Why any woman would want to ink themselves is beyond me, even a so called innocent rose tat on a secluded curve of a breast is disgusting. If a woman had visible ink and more two ear piercing I would never approach.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteAs people age, they always regret those tattoos. Even if they say otherwise, you can generally sense the deception as they look at the fading tattoos. Tattoos are not healthy and completely unnecessary. It's like pouring ink into a wound and bragging about it. Not exactly something the sharpest tools in the shed would do.

DeleteYou would think.
The bulk of the women I know with tats or who are "pinheads" are ether Homosexual or Bisexual or sometimes biker chicks. My brother is a "biker and professional music man" and always has a string of these weird broken little girls(some in their 30's still acting like they are 16) trying to get into the studio door. Most men in the music business (as opposed to the metro-boys and drug addicts) avoid them like plague carriers , as they are mostly deeply disturbed people-- if not outright insane or femanuts. I have noted that a really large number of the younger girls(I can't bring myself call them women despite there demands for "resect") are really damaged goods in desperate need of long term therapy---Ray
ReplyDeleteInteresting and thanks. Fortunately, I don't know any, I don't believe.
DeleteI have to be a contrarian. Granted the course of my live it has been a strange journey compare to most. My wife has several tattoos. Her piercings are down to I think 10 or 12. I guess we are not your average senior citizens. I have to be honest I have never seen a neck or facial tattoo I liked.

I always thought tattoos were for men, esp in the service. The tattoos were
ReplyDeleteactually attractive and manly looking during this time. Women with tattoos
never crossed my mind; just didn't fit. It seems the more tattoos, the better.
Some look like they belong in the freak show in a carnival. Alien beings.

DeleteI always associated them with the Navy and Navy personnel washing their upper bodies in the sink at a Greyhound depot with an accompanying, unpleasant odor.:)
Well, I do have a nostril piercing. My brother is a body piercer by trade and is in school to be a nurse because he has such an amazing bedside manner. He does have quite a lot of tattoos, but they are Japanese style (koi and such) and look tasteful to me. He only chooses the best artists to work on him and the difference certainly shows. However a few years ago, he had a very surprising heart attack and needed to have a defibrillator put in. He was diagnosed with a rare disease called cardiac sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis can occur in any organ. I was suspicious as this is an autoimmune disease and he was almost never ill. I did look into and actually found a medical paper on PubMed that was written, I believe, by a Tunisian researcher and his lab that had discovered a correlation between sarcoidosis and tattoos. Pretty interesting read. Unfortunately this is a disease that is still pretty rare so there hasn't been enough research on it. I will remain convinced of my initial suspicion that it's tattoo related in some cases. (I'm sure there are many causes as children can be diagnosed as well.)
ReplyDeleteAny way, I have to admit, as a lady, there are few woman that can carry off mutilation. Ear and nostril (NOT BULLRING) piercings look nice to me. Not lip, tongue, other..but then, nostril piercing is done all over the world in various cultures so it has some pretty old roots. I am married to a scientist and I dress modestly. Long hair, feminine clothes and no showiness. I try not be judgmental but honestly when I see another woman covered from stem to stern in tats, my first thought is of a needy attention seeker. The thing is, if you want to attract a steady, mature mate, this won't work.
Thank you for the information Ma'am and very informative.
