The national catherdral isn't even a church anymore. Just a generic non-profit organization. And the current board of directors is devoted to their new "god" Liberalism.
I guess they don't know or care that once the Muslims hold prayers in that building they will declare it to be holy Muslim ground from now on. They will lay claim to it in the name of Allah even if they have no legal grounds to do so.
Maybe if more christians had cared about the church in the first place this wouldn't be the state of affairs NOW. Sounds to me like bitching about the fate of a place no one was worried about for a weeeee bit too long and now folks are ashamed that they let this happen. Where were the faithful before this started to happen? Huh?
Time for some pig throwing.

Don't know much about them except I have no intention of having anything to do with their ilk.

ReplyDeleteThe Episcopal Church has been on a slide since the Vietnam war. My mother quit when they changed the Prayer Book. :)
