Well that sure looks like the latest Soviet ...... err Russian main battle ta k that was featured just a day or so ago. But of course there are no Russian troops in Ukraine. Nope, not a one.

  2. Actually, I could be wrong, but I think it is T72, I believe the newest Russian MBT is the T90. No comment on this MBT owner/origin, but finding any age or class of Soviet/Russian equipment in the Ukraine is normal.. In fact they have many of the factories that made the equipment in the seperatist regions. ..finding non-Russian/soviet equipment would be very notable.

    1. Thanks and I noticed the below. Well said!

Born in Virginia over 50 years ago, I was taught the order of loyalty expressed by Gen Lee.I expanded and adopted a similar order of loyalty as my own. My first duty is to God as a Christian, then to my family, then to my region and local associates, then to my state, Virginia. As long as the nation was true, then to support it as well. The United States failed as far back as 1860 and so my national loyalty is to the Confederate States. I pray we can save Virginia.

    2. And there in lies one of the main rubs for the Russians. They are as dependent on Ukrainian factories for components for and assembly of a wide range of military equipment as the Ukrainians are for Russian natural gas. When the Russian threaten to raise gas prices and the Ukrainians pass through revenue they Ukrainians raise the price and exports fees on parts. A vicious circle and neither posses a lot of tact or patience.
