Barack Obama’s incompetent top expert on Africa is so ill-informed about the continent that she was fooled by a fake Internet hoax about the death of a famous Nigerian writer.
Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, was for years the
State Department’s top expert on Africa. But she has proven herself so
uninformed about the very place she is supposed to be an expert on that
she made herself look stupid on Twitter this week.
