    But, and its a BIG BUT, he stopped so it wouldnt inerfere with the TPP vote. Nothing but showmanship. Rooster108bm

      If he had gone past midnight, it would have been a true filibuster. I imagine he and his fellow participants decided to use the 10/11 hours to lay their case out and hope something would evolve from it. We shall see.
