A Florida high school principal, who defended the Texas police officer at the center of that infamous pool melee, has become the latest victim of radical speech police hell-bent on trying to silence public discourse.

Alberto Iber lost his job as the principal at North Miami Senior High School after he wrote a comment about the McKinney, Texas incident on the Miami Herald’s website.

“He did nothing wrong,” Iber wrote. “He was afraid for his life. I commend him for his actions.”

Three sentences. Sixteen words. Sixty-two characters.

  1. If that cop had pulled his weapon and started shooting, then he'd have been wrong...based on what I've seen in the video. He was about to be gang rushed by a bunch of teen thugs - doesn't matter if they weren't armed, there were many of them. His merely pulling his sidearm put their bravado in check and probably saved the situation from escalating further.

  2. The policeman did not know if the thug hooligans were armed or not; this type
could have had a piece in their back waistband.
I admire the principal for his honest opinion but when one works for the state,
your working for a liberal warehouse. I know; they test one on their stances
by engagement. Too bad more wouldn't speak-up. Free speech thru opinions.

Irregardless of being armed or not, he was outnumbered by males appearing hostile and had every right to draw his weapon. I certainly would have.

    2. Yes, indeed. He who hesitates is lost. The planet apes know nothing
about law and order and civil duty. This out-of-control city council has
been under-minding the police for a while. Unbelievable. There was a
chief of police, black, in Asheville that had a somewhat similar history.
