I'm sure Putin is shaking in his boots..........:)
AMERICA is set to deploy a crack team of Marines on board a British warship in response to Vladimir Putin's aggressive advances in Eastern Europe.
Hundreds
of elite troopers will be stationed with British troops on a Royal Navy
gunship, as part of a thinly-veiled warning to the Russian president.

The move is also designed to be
a show of strength to nervous NATO allies across Europe, who are
worried they might be the next victims of Putin's expansionist
ambitions.

Here we go again, the old ATTACK strategy. The same old gang, ganging up.
ReplyDeleteYup.
DeleteAs a former service member and knowing the reasons why I enlisted it's sad to say but as a parent today with the way our country is run I would not let my children join any branch of service.....
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely and I tell all not go into the armed forces.
DeleteIf those Marines REALLY want to protect America....return to the mainland and do what needs to be done ASAP.
ReplyDeleteGood point.
DeleteGiven the current condition of the gender norming, gay rights, and equal opportunity military, with its' budget woes, low morale, our military is NOT what it was back prior to the current disgracer of the Oval Office. We are also in the strange situation where a draft young man, can be accepted to his state university but NOT be qualified to enlist in the military. Also since the FUSA has lost its' manufacturing base, we can no longer have industries that can go from making civilian things to military items, as was done during WW II.
ReplyDeleteSo, given all that, I am sure that Putin is shaking in his boots....but NOT out of fear.
NOT be qualified to enlist in the military.
Delete@ a Confederate Flag Tattoo disqualifies you.

Brock, in case you missed this as I know you get Global Research and thought
ReplyDeletethis would be of interest to you:

I sure did and thanks. They still had a good presence there in1992 when I went back the first time. I'm sure there are many different Russians, but the ones I met in Vung Tau needed a shower and tried to force me to drink straight Vodka shot after shot. :) I told them the same thing I told my Vietnamese friends when they liked to shoot rice whiskey and chase it with water: I'll match you shot for shot, but we're going to chase it with beer, OK? No takers. :) My mother-in-law would test my 80% rice whiskey (You can buy it in different proofs) to make sure I didn't get cheated by dipping a chop stick in the bottle and then striking a match under it. If it burned, it was 80%. :)
DeleteI'd say you had some good times over there. I can understand why a lot of our
ReplyDeleteVets went back after returning to America. More than meets the eye.
This in; ain't looking good at all. We have Jade Helm in the back door, the ME with
