Via rooster108bm "Today I saw 3 black Chevrolet passenger vans, tinted windows, with Tulane university markings on the front doors with US Government license plates. I can't understand why a private university would have gov plates. They also were driving very professionally, in formation and holding distance with each other, at speed while changing lanes. Very strange."
