According to court documents, apparent ringleader Walter Eugene Litteral owned 99 acres in South Carolina and "intended to booby-trap the camp and draw government forces into the camp and kill them."

That was the dumbest thing anyone could have dreamed up. He apparently didn't have all his facts, yet he was willing to go to extremes to plot against the government while at the same time running off at the mouth telling others about his intentions. What did he think he could accomplish I wonder?
ReplyDeleteIt was ridiculous as even if you are all talk and have done nothing/own nothing illegal, an undercover agent will prod you until they have a charge. I was taught in military school that entrapment was illegal, but not anymore, I guess.
