"I think I am going to lend my support to Hillary Clinton in 2016
Via Ryan " All of Barack's anti-gun rhetoric made him the best gun salesman
in America. Over 65,000,000+ background checks for new gun purchases
transpired during his first term. Anxiety over threats of gun confiscation and
bans seem to be fueling the purchases which are nearly twice that of
the Bush administration. As one 2013 article headlined it, 65,000,000
new guns for the coming civil war. Add another. Make 80,000,000 if we're
up to date in 2015.
The only questions left in my mind are; Will Americans actually fight to regain lost liberty? and conversely; If they do; Will it be in great enough numbers, and in time, to effect meaningful change for the better? The feds only half believe we'll fight. I remains to be discovered if we do.---Ray
Do you mean that they believe 50% will fight? If so, they are way high plus things would have to get much, much worst before any action unless there was one horrendous instance that snowballed.
No. I mean that the feds are only half convinced that the public will resist in any way. They honestly believe that the occupation of Boston and uncontested door to door search conducted after the "Boston Marathon Bombing" is how the bulk of Americans will react to gun confiscation. The current training stresses that only a tiny fraction will even protest and that they should be "neutralized" off camera. The only thing stopping them from confiscation now is fear of selective assassinations and defection by LE and the military. The contempt the government has toward the general public is bottomless after twenty two years of "do nothing" by the militias and general public. Only the memory of the reaction to the Bill Clinton AWB slows the push for universal confiscation and that collective fear is draining away from the ruling elite. As I said it only remains to be seen if anyone will fight AT ALL. This push for universal British type weapons confiscation pervades both political party's and WILL NOT STOP unless they win, or are exterminated. ---Ray

I really don't think that they are that naivete. No way in hell would they be able to go door to door like in Boston collecting guns without all hell breaking loose.
