Oregon militia tears down gov’t fence, wants ranchers released

Via sauced07

Armed men occupying Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon are tearing down part of a fence erected by the government to keep ranchers out of federally owned property.

The escalation comes 10 days into the standoff at the fowl sanctuary south of Burns, Oregon. Ammon and Ryan Bundy, who head the group occupying the refuge, announced they would be tearing down the portion of the fence and replacing it with a gate, to allow local ranchers access to pastures.

  1. Just read this little update on TCH about the county sheriff's complicity:

  2. When you have multiple thousands of dollars invested in animals because it is how you earn your living what are you suppose to do when they are hungry or thirsty??
"A portion of the fence" what maybe 40 feet?? Boo Frickin' Hoo!!
It is so ingrained into peoples heads that if the government does something then there could be no possibility for them to be wrong.
The BLM is as wrong as two left feet. The men and women on top of that mountain need to stay the course.

  3. A conservative sheriff is not a Constitutional sheriff. Just like a RINO is not a true Constitutional Republican. From what I see from the general population there in Burns, they are just like their sheriff. Ranchers seem to be a pretty passive lot.

  4. From what I read on the Conservative Treehouse, the Hammonds are genuinely afraid of being murdered by the govt. thugs and that is why they are cooperating. Their goose is cooked out there in Oregon - Libs run the Govt. and the conservatives just run.

I hope not as the occupiers and militia have not backed down.
