    They were going to be arrested,fleeing,almost ran over officer, attempted murder,assault on an officer,resisting arrest .duh

      Arrested for the capital crime of trespassing? They were in daily communication with the PTB and allowed free movement until they were setup. The officer jumped out in front of the vehicle.
