Funny, but so True :) How to Date a Vietnamese Girl

  1. Hi Brock,
Oh that's easy. She runs the "Stock room" next to the Rec./Shipping desk and that's right next to the Rigging Area!! We are in "Constant Contact" as she supplies us with the goodies we assemble and pack. After work we all and the people who work next door at "U.S. Divers" all meet up at the "Cherry Blossom" restaurant/Bar for our "Happy Hour!!" Oh the "Good Times!!" Megan was a great friend!! Sometimes we'd get together for a Cappuccino at Diedriche's down in Newport and it just happened that we shared the same birthday so we'd get together with other friends for a dinner at "Capt. Jacks in Sunset beach!! Good Fun. The lady was one of the "Boat people" from Viet Nam....didn't matter,,,she was smart enough to get a BS in math from UCSB... we had some good times together.....
    We lost her to Leukemia.................

  3. Very nice. Mainly I get the point that every girl has areas- many areas- that you need to be aware of.

    1. Just their customs. Extremely family orientated which I admire. Thanks.

  4. In other words, they're psychotic just like ALL women! ;)

I have to wonder why the kids in the video exhibit black and Hispanic street mannerisms if they're all about the Viet thing though...

As soon as I noticed this, I started to delete it because of exactly that.

    2. Man, I just went to the site and checked their other videos and they are all influenced by the black gang culture. Sickening. Just think what their fathers bled and died for and now they have adopted the very opposite of their family values. Back to Vietnam where they are still sane. Makes you want to cry.

    2. Or straight out of the bottle. :) Which reminds me:

"The tables in restaurants always had containers of small sliced, red hot peppers. Whenever a new guy came in we would take him out and invariably he would ask about them. We would say miniature sliced tomatoes, have a spoon full they are real good! The ones who fell for it drank a lot of beer afterwards. :)"

    3. I've never seen those peppers at any place I have eaten even in little Saigon. The hottest I can get are jalapenos.

Do you know what they were? I'd like to try them. :)

    4. That's strange. You must have just been unlucky. Try the ones below. I usually buy them in sealed bags from Vietnam and freeze them. It's actually cheaper than growing them. Only $1 for a good sized bag in NC. I forgot, where do you live?

Shun Fat Supermarket, ABC Supermarket and Saigon City Marketplace.

  6. Oregon.

Are you back in Cape Cateret?

    1. Oh, I was thinking you were around here when I gave you those locations.:) There should be places up there, but you could also buy the seeds or I could send you say four packages from NC.

  7. Thanks. Now that I know what they are I'll see if I can find them locally and if not will get a hold of you. :)

I just got off the phone with TS and we were both wondering if you had gotten back to NC.

Prayers and best wishes for you and Dixie that you have a pleasant trip back home.
