Dutch woman doctor who asked an elderly patient's family to hold her down while she administered a fatal drug dose has been cleared under Holland's euthanasia laws.
Mailonline reported that the patient fought desperately in an attempt not to be killed.
Jacob Kohnstamm, chairman of the
Regional Review Committee, which considered the case, said: "I am
convinced that the doctor acted in good faith, and we would like to see
more clarity on how such cases are handled in the future."

Once Gert Wilders wins the upcoming elections, seals the Dutch borders to 7th century savages and starts deportations, I hope he can convince the rest of the Dutch people to repeal this bit of home grown fascist barbarity. Pulling the plug on someone who is braindead with no chance of revival is one thing. Assisting someone who is terminal and suffering unbearable pain might even be arguable. But holding someone down, even if they suffer from dementia, while they struggle against someone who they full well know is about to kill them, is premeditated murder plain and simple. I'd bet that these same people fashion themselves as great humanitarians because they don't execute murderers and rapists.
