She is a total liar. She drank the cool aid though so now she thinks everyone should like Cool aid. The WHO site is very clear about calling all of these types as "mutilation" and a violation of human rights. Her initial argument is about controlling the language so it doesn't seem so bad and then minimizing the significance of what is done. At least for male circumcision there is some argument about health benefits. For the women, there is nothing but the cultural practice that is pointless.
