Police: One hour, 12 minutes to locate Paddock in hotel room after they received first 911 call.

 Two broken windows on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel could be clearly seen from the Route 91 Harvest stage on Monday morning in the aftermath of the deadly shooting


This is the moment police closed in on the Las Vegas shooter and blew off the door to his hotel room 72 minutes after he started opening fire on country music festival revelers, killing 59 and injuring more than 527.

Stephen Paddock, 64, opened fire on the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas Village from a room across the street in the Mandalay Bay Hotel at 10.08pm on Sunday.

It took police one hour and 12 minutes to locate Paddock in his hotel room on the 32nd floor after they received the first 911 call. Authorities say Paddock, who had been holed up in the room for several days, killed himself before officers breached the room at 11.20pm.

    There is scanner audio of the police finding the room. The first officer was there within 10Min. of the gunman springing his ambush. It took the LVPD over 20Min. to get SWAT organized and on sight. MOST of the shooting all took place in the first 35min. or so. He had run out of easy targets by then. The Britts are grinding a VERY big anti American and anti-gun ax with this one.--Ray Can anyone say "fake news"?--Ray

    Hm....some talking (spewing) head on tv reported the dude was found in 4 minutes after the first 911 call.
    Yeeeeeaaaahhhhh.....
    Oh and dumb question number 57...why two broken windows? Did he shoot out both windows to do his nasty deed? I would have thought that he would only need one window?

      He wanted to ignite the jet fuel tanks or whatever but was unsuccessful. One window broken for that - if I read correctly.

    He broke out the windows with a sledge hammer to give himself a bigger "arc of fire". He could cover almost 130Deg. Matt Drudge is reporting that the shooter filmed the whole thing start to finish, with a tripod mounted camera. A British news paper is reporting that he left an anti-Trump, Antifa rant on film. FBI says "He wasn't political" --Ray
