Trump calls judge's ruling on Bowe Bergdahl 'a complete and total disgrace'

President Trump called a military judge’s ruling that Bowe Bergdahl serve no prison time a “complete and total disgrace.”

“The decision on Sergeant Bergdahl is a complete and total disgrace to our Country and to our Military,” Trump tweeted Friday.
The military judge ruled Friday morning that Bergdahl, who deserted his post in Afghanistan in 2009, shouldn’t serve time in prison. The judge also gave Bergdahl a dishonorable discharge and reduced his rank to private. Additionally, Bergdahl must forfeit pay equal to $1,000 per month for 10 months.

    Seems everyone has forgotten, Bergdahl committed treason -
    sneaking off the base, visiting a village and asking some
    kids playing in the street how to contact the Taliban
    and then teaching the Taliban how to set-off bombs with a
    cell phone. This is what I remember the most when his
    desertion was first reported not to mention the men killed
    looking for him. What a disgrace. Never thought he would
    basically get off.

      Amazing that even the services have been taken over by commies. He would have been shot during WWII and hopefully Vietnam.

    A different take on Bergdahl. Not personally referencing
    Trump as Clinton who hid out at Oxford University in England
    was worse and he didn't even graduate. Check out the comment

    Pat Tillman unfortunately saw the truth and was murdered
    by 'friendly fire.' Tillman said bin Ladin had been
    arrested over and over and let go each time.
    Not siding with Bergdahl as I don't know his motives
    though he did give a statement.
