No. Not like that. What WOULD happen is: Within an hour NORTHCOM would get confirmation that POTUS was dead or out of contact as was ALL of the civilian government. COG would go into effect. Martial law would be announced. The five major cities in Iran. The Capital of North Korea as well as EVERY military target in BOTH country's would cease to exist within 1 to 72 hours. The non-nuke ,and atomic, bombardment would go on until the arsenals of everyone flew or the world ended. Nothing that the UN or anyone else could say or do would change that. After the "revenge" strikes. Whether we get WW3 or not will depend largely ,on how bad the Political/Religious/Race war is in the US and Europe, and who is in the drivers seat at NORTHCOM.
