A Mesa police homicide detective
testified Wednesday in a former police officer’s murder trial that he
became suspicious of fellow officers’ omitting “vital information” from
their reports of a fatal shooting of an unarmed Texas man.
Detective
Paul Sipe, the lead investigator in the police shooting, was asked by
Deputy Maricopa County Attorney Susie Charbel if he saw inconsistencies
during his investigation of the Jan. 18, 2016, shooting of Daniel Shaver
by former police Officer Philip “Mitch” Brailsford.

I'm going to make a target out of that.
ReplyDeletePerfect.
DeleteLook at his eyes. That was not his first kill.--Ray
ReplyDeleteGood point. Looks like he is the age of a Boy Scout.
DeleteYou served in Vietnam. How many kills did it take for the 20 something's in your platoon to get that "look". That boy has tombstones in his eyes. He has done it before, and he liked it. The fact that his Daddy is the department IA officer tells me that this is a cover up that has gone on for a long time. Maybe all the way back to high school. Or didn't anybody wonder why he spit for the P.I. right after the trial? I have to wonder why the FBI isn't looking into how many body's this kid has buried out in the desert --Ray

DeleteNot for me as I was scheduled for an infantry division, but USARV Headquarters pulled me because of my GT score and I worked in the Enlisted Replacement Division for the first year, then extended twice to work at Special Services in Saigon so I got out after serving only 31 months as it wasn't economical to send me some where for such a short time. Then a budget analyst and payroll officer until '73 when I was hired by the DAO of our Embassy to be the funds manager of the SVAF until the end. :(
My new target. Gonna' print off a bunch.
ReplyDeleteAnother! Wonder if you could legally sell them?
DeleteCops like this one should be on a list like sex offenders are. People like him are a threat to our communities!
ReplyDeleteReally. I tried to find out where he is working now, but to no avail.
DeleteTattooed tacticoool pussy.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that shiny badge and the official uniform DOES grant one extra "rights". As in the right to murder an unarmed citizen, have it recorded and still get away with it. The tattooed killer has made a lot of enemies to be sure. He does have to live some where and sleep some time. What is more troubling about this matter, is how he got into the force. Multiple tattoos and the custom dust cover, and every one was ok with that?
ReplyDeleteThere is just something wrong about the officer in the photo. The first thing that came to mind, was that of a snake. Cold. Emotionless. A dead pan killer.
Regarding that missing piece of information by the other officers; Remember the Moscow Rules. Once is an accident. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is enemy action. My take is that his fellow officers knew that officer Brailsford murdered an unarmed man. They committed a cover-up of that crime. By trying to hide the matter from the public, they condoned the action, and if they condoned it, they are letting it be known the officers of the Mesa police department will do the same. White lives don't matter. If you are white, you are expendable.
