Iranian Protesters Chant: “Death to the Dictator! Death to the Dictator!”

Iranian protests are spreading throughout the country.
A woman protested on a street corner without her hijab on Thursday.

This brave woman  stood up against the regime.

    I've been to Iran, before the revolution. Wonderful, friendly people - at least, per my childhood recollection.

    My Iranian coworker is fashionable, intelligent, and hardworking (and annoyingly hot). My wife's Persian friends are likewise very secular.

    It would be a great thing if Persia could free itself from the Mullahs and regain the modernity that the late Shah was pushing.
