Judge rules Robert E. Lee statue DOES qualify as a war memorial, which means is IS protected by state law, as we knew all along.

    Great news! All these great Southern war hero monuments are
    war memorials. Just like which is looked upon by the Northern
    monuments by the North. Thank God for a judge with common sense and insight.
