    I have pistols in the metric pussy rounds but I do not trust them; they are neither high enough velocity nor large enough mass. Smaller/ faster is better? Age-old debate. I look forward to viewing the gel tests.

    On second thought maybe I don't know what I'm talking about: the velocities of the 9mm are substantial and from the looks of the tested bullets the expansion is as well. Why do I have this cloud of doubt, then?

    Thanks and sad to see the ammo I carry in my '45's show poorly :( (Federal .45 ACP - Federal LE HST 230 Gr +P JH)
    I'll be happy to post your result and would like a few cartridges each of 20rds - 45 ACP Winchester W Train & Defend 230gr. JHP Ammo and 45 ACP Federal Personal Defense 230gr. Hollow Point Ammo. Thanks.

    I don't think those HST's performed too poorly. Maybe a little light on the penetration side of things but I'd much rather have what you're shooting than some of the Gen1 Magtech stuff... we saw some of their 9mm Guardian Gold blast through fabric and three gel blocks, looked like absolutely no expansion of the bullet whatsoever!

    disappointted in the result use mostly use Critical duty...guess I'll stick with my wheel gun in 357

      I carry the LRC in .357 as it is the best I will carry 100% of the time. Thanks.
