Women should simply not be allowed to serve in infantry units. There are many places women can and do serve honorably in the U.S. military, but infantry work is man’s work.
One of the first women to make it into the Marines just got busted last week for sleeping with a subordinate. She will not be the last. This will be a problem that now plagues our frontline warriors the same way it now plagues the mixed-sex U.S. Navy.
Female soldiers are sleeping with the men they work with, and they are getting pregnant. A lot: 16 out of 100 women on Navy ships are getting knocked up and have to leave their posts. Don’t think it will be an issue for the few women who make it through infantry training? Of course it will.

I agree entirely. I went to join the SES (State Emergency Service) here in QLD after I retired. They help with the natural disaster stuff over here. Fires and cyclones mainly. I was interviewed by two little girls. They were about 5/2 each and about 45kg. One of the main jobs is prepping for, and cleaning up after, cyclones. They said most of the time they fill and carry sand bags. I don't think they could carry one between them. Most of the people I saw there were the same. I said bye.

DeleteI agree with this premise, however modern "militant" (not military) Feminists will dig up the old "Operation tail-hook" saga and announce: "See the Navy 45 years ago was male gender dominated and the predator males only wanted women to satisfy their lusts.

Yeah, and if you have an all woman combat unit, the bull dykes will infiltrate it. Men are the warriors and defenders. Testosterone should be used for killing the enemy, not for looking out for your female partner.

ReplyDeleteshould we want women to do "men job" in the military, the women MUST meet the same physical and mental criteria as called for in the standards. do not remove the women from combat because you think them weak. remove them because they are in fact weak. an eighty pound ruck, weapons, water, rations, armor and ammo is a lot to load one down. do not lighten up the standards for combat troops because they are women. there is no "womens jobs" in combat. there is only "combat jobs" if there is such a catagory. meet the same standards as any combat ready troop would have met, or do something else to support the combat troop.
