    Was this actually in Viet Nam, or was it a Vietnamese community here in the United States?

    Are these Vietnamese admiring us, or are they mocking us?

    Possibly, it's a celebration of Vietnamese-American grandchildren wearing their grandfather's uniforms?

    I wonder if the Communist government in Viet Nam would allow them to do that?

      My guess is Vietnam since they have no weapons among other things.
