The Crisis of the Electoral College

A decisive moment is coming for the peoples of the States, especially for those who consider themselves conservatives yet belong to the cult of Lincoln:  Will the Electoral College system for selecting the federal president continue on, or will it be scrapped for a purely national vote?

At the State and federal level, attempts to change it are ongoing:

Calls to abolish the Electoral College are gaining more traction among the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, with Sen. Elizabeth Warren becoming the latest high-profile backer of the electoral reform.

Y'all have a nice day.

  1. The only response to this article is the most obvious one, the very reason democrats are so desperate to abolish the Electoral College is the very reason America need to pray they fail. Without the Electoral College a national Election would be decided by the population of 2-3 major cities in defiance of every American voter in 47 of the 50 States. In the the wisdom of our founding fathers the Electoral College was established to prevent this very problem, Americans are first a citizen of their State, voting in that State which is then represented on a National level. The Electoral College is to protect States Rights & to give each State equal representation in the National Government. I am sure that the Citizens of Montana, Delaware or Wyoming does not want the state of California or New York nullifying their votes, eliminating their national representation or deciding their Laws merely because they have a smaller population. The Morons promoting this "Popular Vote" crap obviously never had a government or History class in their life & does not even understand American government, the Electoral College, the reasons for it or otherwise. You can educate people but you just cant fix stupid...
