An Indian-run company in Chicago illegally imported Indian graduates — and paid them Indian-level wages — to help snatch jobs from American graduates.

The fraud exploited loopholes in the B1 visas, which are reserved for managers and trainees according to a press statement by the Department of Homeland Security.

The announcement comes as Silicon Valley investors, the high-tech industry, and GOP Sen. Mike Lee are pressuring GOP Sen. David Perdue to let them pass a pro-Indian bill through the Senate via a “unanimous consent” vote. The bill, S.386, dangles the huge prize of valuable green-cards to millions of Indian graduates if they take middle-class jobs from college-graduate Americas.

    When I was a nurse back in the dark ages the hospital I worked wanted to hire some recent dot-Indians graduate Nurses and wanted us to train them so they could pass the state boards, well... I not only said "oh no", I said "OH HELL NO!" I was the grave yard shift Charge Nurse on the OB Ward and I said if they are hired I quit and surprisingly over half the nurses and Techs said the same thing. We had had a few in and they are lazy, argumentative and were not technically proficient in modern nursing. They were under a HB-1 or some such program to train and eventual hire. Just like they do in the Software and Electronic fields, cheap, compliant labor. It was under the guise of not enough nursing staff.
