You cited the Article II-1-5 portion of the Constitution, which merely says the president must be a natural born citizen, which has been interpreted as being born here physically, thus the anchor babies problem from Mexico. But even if I concede that point to you, and say that based on that point she is not a citizen, even though it is not her parents who "confer" citizenship to her, there is an even more relevant portion of constitution that spells it out very plainly.
Amendment 14 – Ratified 7/9/1868.
1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
So it says the words born or naturalized. This was to lock it down, and insure that the argument would not come up, so it must have been an issue at some point.
As I said, I don't have any love for politicians of any flavor, but merely being born on American soil or being a child of a parent who has lived in America for at least one year, is enough to make one an American citizen. If they allowed Obama to run for president, they would allow Nikki Haley to run. To be honest, right now, the Democrats don't have too many people capable of beating any Republican that would choose to run for president.

One must be born upon American Soil to Parents (plural) who are Citizens (plural). That is referred to as Native/Natural Born.
Nimrata is not a NATIVE born citizen, she was made a citizen by law/pen.
If what you say was the definition of Native/Natural born, then that would mean the Children of over 30 million illegal aliens qualify for the two highest offices of the Presidency and thank God, your definition is the wrong one...

The definition of Article II Section I Clause V is so Simply put: the only natural born (U.S.) Citizens are those born in the United States of America to two (2) U.S. citizen parents.

The decision centered upon the 14th Amendment's reference to "jurisdiction", and concluded:
