The coronavirus can survive on surfaces for at least 17 days, according to a study released Monday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The new data came from a study of the COVID-19 outbreaks on the Diamond Princess ship off the coast of Japan and the Grand Princess ship off the coast of California.
Passengers and crew members on both ships were quarantined on board after previously asymptomatic guests tested positive for the coronavirus once they landed onshore.

  1. We the people have had so many conflicting reports, lies, fabrications, misinformation that will cannot believe anything coming out of the CDC and NIH. They blew their wad. Until Trump cleans house in every agency, department, and bureaucracy they are illegitimate and not trustworthy.

Probably their way of setting up the stage for "it lives forever, state of emergency forever, or we all die!".

    1. I read an article today that stated although you can get it from surfaces, etcetera the vast majority comes from people close to you coughing or sneezing. My VA doctor said today that he doesn't see the sense at this time of me taking any more precautions other than staying away from people as much as possible.
