AK47 WASR 10 BACK IN STOCK at Atlantic Firearms

Only $169 more than mine which I got years ago in GA.  I liked the blond wood.

    1. A thousand rounds will do you. :) I think I got mine in 2008.

  2. I paid about $350 for a WASR-10, 5 magazines, and a case of ammo with 2 spam cans of ammo back in the late 90's. I had a couple of SKS's and packed away the WASR. By 2012 I had shot up one of the spam cans in the SKS and I sold the WASR and 5 mags for $1100. I still have the other spam can in the basement and the SKS in the gun safe.

I sold off half of my gun collection back in 2012. If prices go up another couple of hundred dollars I have a Bushmaster AR-15 and VZ58 that will be for sale. Long guns have increased in value but pistols have taken off.

    1. Thanks and I assume you are keeping what is needed.

    2. Always upgrading. I have 3 low end pistols I hope to sell that I haven't shot in over 10 years. With another pistol I recently sold they would go a long way to fund a nice 10mm.

If I can get the Bushmaster and VZ58 gone they will provide seed money for a Service Grade CMP M1 Garand.

    1. I fought a used Colt Python when I came back from Vietnam in 1975 for $140. I sold it to buy an AK and a Saiga 12 which I thought was a good deal at the time but they have doubled since then. :(

  4. I bought a Russian AK in 2003 during the Clinton AWB. It had one 30 rd mag. I guess it was a "pre ban" which had been imported prior to the ban? It's muzzle break was welded on instead of a threaded barrel which was one of the offending "assault weapon" features. I sold it last year to a younger good friend with 2000 rds of ammo. I still have an M1A which, so far, is overlooked by the gun banners as an "assault weapon". In my older age, I find myself gravitating to simpler rifles like my bolt action Mossberg. .308/7.62 and am now looking for a .357 lever action to pair with my .357 Taurus revolver. --Ron W
