We can understand that California, New York, Massachusetts would. But I do not understand why Virginia has rolled over. George had a nice thought, I just don't understand how Virginia, now even West Virginia, has rolled over.

DeleteWell, Virginia is because of the massive number of civil servants who live in Northern Virginia but I don't see WVA going Democratic.
