Justice Alito Directs Pennsylvania Lawyers To Respond To Rep Kelly’s Emergency Injunction

The supreme court justice has asked the state of Pennsylvania to respond to an injunction, filed by representative Mike Kelly, by December 9th

Things are heating up folks.

President Trumps legal team has been building a very significant case, and finding very significant evidence of voter fraud in multiple states across the country.

As evidence mounts and the case builds, attorneys for the state of Pennsylvania were asked by Justice Alito to respond to representative Mike Kelly’s emergency injunction.

  1. The left would love to drag this process out as long as possible. Time works for them. With the microscopic attention span of the average American dragging this circus out forever allows their lies fertile ground to fester in.

    1. Yes and Trump said that the facts were on his side but not the time.

    2. And ANOTHER Nevada judge has ruled against him. First it was 6th judicial court judge Andrew Gordon who dismissed the GOP lawsuit now Nevada 1st judicial court judge James Russel has ruled that " no evidence of fraud has been presented". The fix is in....and whi!e Nevada judges are ostensibly nonpartisan the ugly reality is that ALL judges are partisan...they just seldom admit it. And in Trump's case there are TONS of political animals from BOTH sides of the aisle working to oppose him. Trump's only hope is in the SCOTUS and even that is a slim one.

    3. Thanks and for info only, the administration has four lawsuits and the rest are from interested parties.

    4. Really doesn't matter WHO filed the lawsuit...Trump, the GOP or another party. If the lawsuit calls into question Biden's win it is almost certainly dead before the ink dries. Such is the nature of our "justice" system.
