I read your thread on the Biden tax, a magazine & semi-auto firearm proposal. Many commenters think they’ll just ignore it and the IRS won’t find them.
However, I believe we’ve all heard at one time or another of the IRS “Report a Tax-Evader and get a Reward” program.
Firearm owners should consider this if they have relatives, acquaintances neighbors who are Liberals
1- Submission of Information for Award under IRS-7623 (a) or (b)
2- All whistleblower claims must be submitted under penalty of perjury.
3- Individuals must submit information on Form 211 PDF, application for Award for Original Information.
In addition the FBI has in their computer system a file on gun purchases. Any legal firearm purchase has to go through a licensed dealer and an ATF form-3310.4/ 1140-0020 (Firearms Transition Record) filled out and filed after an FBI background check is made and the purchase approved.
BINGO: The ATF, FBI and IRS share Information!
I know joe xiden has a shotgun, he better claim it - just say'n

DeleteThere is no reason to own a firearm any longer. No one is going to stand against what is happening, they wont even stop using fazbuk. For those that insist on pulling a trigger, maybe a firearm disneyland can be developed or a patriot fantasy camp. Minimum we can have dot gov sanctioned ranges where one may simply rent any firearm so desired. Squeeze off a few rounds shouts some slogans and call it a day. Aren't we fortunate?! Only in the ussa!

DeleteTrue words. For all the bad ass talk, only a few will resist and be made an example of. The rest will declare this is not who we are and condemn those that resist and return Facebook and Starbucks. America, land of the free because of the brave....Ha.

DeleteStraight out of the Stazi playbook. If you can't blackmail and coerce people into ratting out people they known then appeal to their greed.

DeleteIt sure is gonna suck to be employed by the government soon...

DeleteThis is a knife that cuts both ways. It can just as easily be used on local politicians, local influencers, even business competitors and so forth. Anyone with a side hustle is vulnerable. Examples include in home businesses like hair dressers, garage welders, shade tree mechanics, pot growers, school board members that hire the lunch services for the school and get kick backs etc. Anyone who tries this IRS scam will become extremely unpopular. It might be more difficult to figure out who is doing this in an urban environment but the farther out in the country, the shorter the list. If you give this any thought at all, it's an idiot's game and absolutely not a grey man strategy. Lastly, if you think that the government will play nice, you're not just a normal idiot, you are probably Heir to the Throne of the Kingdom of Idiots. If they did bust someone, they would deduct their " expenses " from the " take ", and give you the left overs. Probably enough to buy yourself a cup of coffee.
ReplyDeleteThe bigger question, given that society would completely unravel if the gun question was pressed hard, is what needs to be covered up this month ? Guns are a hot button issue for folks and the only reason they're slamming this button, is for the attention. There's nothing they can do about guns. Nothing. Deep down, we all get this fact. So I ask again, what are they covering up ? This is just like the political theater of impeachment. Impeachment of Trump is meaningless, has no penalty, and is DOA in the Senate. So why is it front page news ? It's nothing at all. My personal belief is that Biden's heath is so poor he's near to needing a walker, diapers, and a full time nurse to wipe the drool off his chin. I think they fear everyone will figure this out. While they're ready for it, they haven't got the public on-board yet and it's going to become a problem to make the transition to Harris... So don't get sucked in to the gun schlop. You're going to be hearing lots more in future.
it's an idiot's game and absolutely not a grey man strategy.
DeleteAgreed and thanks for the great comment.
Biden has signed a executive order for the dress code all non-military govt employees. Black boots, black pants, brown shirt, and black ties tucked in shirt between 2nd and 3rd button.
ReplyDeleteHope that's a parody! :)
DeleteWhile his concerns are genuine, his information is off in critical areas.
ReplyDelete- In most states, private sales are legal, so there are many. many unrecorded gun sales.
- The Firearms Transaction Record, 5300.11, only applies to multiple purchases in specific circumstances. In ordinary conditions, the Form 4473 is the only one used - it is retained by the dealer and only turned over to the ATF when the license is turned in or if the ATF asks for information on a specific firearm.
- NFA taxes are administered by the ATF, NOT the IRS. The ATF does have ways to turn info in to them, but I am not aware of any reward system they have.
- New York, Connecticut, even California have strict gun laws that have been widely ignored with few state actions to enforce them. Liberals in those areas have rarely, if ever, turned in their neighbors for violating gun laws.
Good points and thanks.
Deleteto Johnathan H : Sir, I wish to quote you and make a point.
Delete"In ordinary conditions, the Form 4473 is the only one used - it is retained by the dealer and only turned over to the ATF when the license is turned in or if the ATF asks for information on a specific firearm."
This is factually untrue. The third biggest firearms dealer in Maine objected to having all his records scanned by the ATF every year, in violation of Federal Law. ( The big dealers in Maine send in all firearms 4473's every six months or so. ) He sued the ATF for breaking the law and after spending $75,000 fighting them in court, and losing his FFL. he gave up. So the facts are that the ATF has all firearms transactions within 6 months. They don't wait for the business to close, they don't look for specific firearms, they just take the information. This is personal first hand information, not rumor or hearsay. Just saying.
Thanks and sad.
DeleteIf poll taxes are illegal because they hinder a right to vote then gun taxes should be illegal because they hinder the right to keep and bear arms.
ReplyDeleteThere you go using logic again.....:)
