The 2nd Amendment is Obsolete, Says Congressman Who Wants To Nuke Omaha

Last week a congressman embarrassed himself on Twitter. He got into a debate about gun control, suggested a mandatory buyback—which is basically confiscation with a happy face sticker on it—and when someone told him that they would resist, he said resistance was futile because the government has nukes.

And everybody was like, wait, what?

    NOT advocating a specific course of action or encouraging anyone to do this, but... where are the main supporters of this? Cities. What will dissolve into utter chaos within 72 hours without electricity & water? Cities.

    Oh, and don't forget: cities are 2-3 days from running out of food too. Amazing what a few boxes of roofing nails might do to inbound food shipments.
