I had a friend who was a Captain of a Sea-Pac fishing trawler out of Brunswick GA. Depending on the time of the year he would head to the North Atlantic, the Gulf, or off the coast of South America. Their processing was basically fillets and flash freezing to fill containers in the deep freezer. He would be out for two to three weeks until the freezer hold was full then home until his counterpart returned with the ship. It had a 1 day turn-a-round being refitted, fueled, and hold emptied.
