A Marine Battalion Commander was fired on Friday for taking a blowtorch to the woke military leadership for their failures in Afghanistan that resulted in 13 US servicemen dying.
Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, a 17-year veteran, risked his career and pension when he posted a scathing rebuke of the senior military leaders who failed US servicemen serving in Afghanistan.
Joe Biden’s incompetence and corruption led to the death of 13 US servicemen and 15 more were critically wounded in a blast by a suicide bomber in Kabul on Thursday.
“I want to say this very strongly. I have been fighting for 17 years. I am willing to throw it all away to say to my senior leaders: I demand accountability,” said Scheller.

He didn't "risk" his career....he FLUSHED IT. While he may be correct there are VERY strict rules for .Mil regarding speaking out about superior officers...including the POTUS. And while those rules ARE applied unequally he should have known that denigrating a commie POTUS and his administration was a GUARANTEED to get him canned.....he'll get probably get a dishonorable discharge and lose his benefits....including his 2A rights.

DeleteI don't see this, but at any rate he'll make his money on networks with his own show and the book he's writing right now.
Since the late 80's, our military has been dumbed down and softened. My Dad and I are USMC Vets. In the late 90's, we went to Parris Island to see my son graduate. We were early and sat by and older guy with a USMC ball cap. Struck up conversation, turns out he was a retired Command Sergeant Major at Parris Island, there to see his grandson. He was in charge when Congress sent FBI agents to P.I. to investigate a recruit death. He had some great stories about that. One was the D.I.'s knew there was a couple agents going through as recruits and were treated as spies. Supposedly none were allowed to graduate and receive the title of Marine. But Congress clamped down. Huge, huge mistake.

DeleteSo, they did graduate? & at first I took PI as the Philippines. :)
I keep saying this:
ReplyDeleteI have a problem with the word 'leaders' in reference to the biden administration, especially Glorious Leader chinesium joe biden.
.
Unless, of course, LtC Scheller uses the word as a derogatory term.
In that, we are on the same page.
Thanks.
