Yes but the going story is there's a segment of our society that maintains this stance. I need to have my beer each evening but have no intention of ever not dong so. :)
What is it when a person engages in behaviors contrary to the Constitution? What is it when such behaviors involves several persons acting in unison contrary to the Constitution? What is it when those person(s) have acted in such behaviors using their official offices to gain positive outcome of their scheming? What is it when those persons have found their inspiration in and methods by declared enemies of the state?
We can start with Article IV, Section 4 and proceed from there.
