His EPA is trying to regulate the coal industry out of business. Coal provides 37% of our electricity. Do not be alarmed, he is replacing that generating capacity with…well, nothing. You see, skyrocketing the price of electricity was an objective not a side effect. If you can't afford it, you won't use it.

The biggest threat that the EPA poses is not that it is merely shutting down power plants; what this really represents is the permanent de-industrialization of America. If an investment group decides to come to an impoverished area with plans to develop brown fields or picks a rural area with low taxes etc it can, and then may spend millions and millions to achieve its business plan; but without available power, whatever economic opportunity the investors sought to capitalize upon will be lost in the 10 years it would take for all the studies the EPA and anti-business environmentalists would require to open a power plant of ANY sort. We need to dismantle the EPA and rescind whatever 'standing' these Sierra Club type communists have to strangle the absolute core of American industry- its power base! I would argue this is equal in importance to the task that the Article 5 or Nullification seeks to correct as once these plants are closed they are effectively gone forever.
