looks like assault and battery to me. The kicking guy was not in any danger. He had no justification to use force. He just kicked a guy's face for running in the halls.
IT looks staged. Notice the guy running IS wearing sunglasses, then as he gets kicked the fly off and some how they fly perfectly onto the kickers face. Only in the movies! The kick seems to be too perfectly timed. Besides, wouldn't it be easier to just trip they guy? I going to call the clip a hoax

Changes things, but I watched it many times and assumed because another man attempted to stop him that he had stolen something.
