The nation’s law enforcement agencies, (& the $PLC) from local cops all the way to the Department of Homeland Security, are always on the lookout for terrorist threats, and that includes at home as well as in far flung deserts and mountains. And they’re collecting data on all sorts of groups. What may come as a surprise is that, if you’re a regular reader of Hot Air or many other similar outlets, you might be one of the people they are watching! A new report this summer from a group of university analysts has identified the chief concerns of law enforcement agents at all levels, and some of them might surprise you. (A hat tip for locating this report goes to Crooks and Liars who apparently discovered it.)

You know, it doesn't really matter what the results of the report are, the small and specific sample size makes the entire thing invalid. This study may have had more credibility if they had surveyed law enforcement groups from all 50 states. Besides, the numbers can be tweaked one way or the other to give the results they want.
ReplyDeleteReally Odinists? lol, I guess revering Loki is ok though.
The real world is far crazier than science fiction.

DeleteThat's why I don't read fiction. :)

We is, ain't we? :)
DeleteInteresting, the governement considers a "terrorist" threat people who hold traditional values and want to be left alone and are willing to leave others alone. This is a strawman "threat".
ReplyDeleteBTW, Brock , the differnce between fiction and real life is that fiction has to make sense.
fiction has to make sense.
Delete;)!
I have not read the entire report yet but I did a quick skim and have to agree to a point. I consider myself to be a Constitutional Conservative. I am a threat to this government. I have read the Constitution hundreds of times and believe it means only what it says. Our Founding Fathers gave us a blueprint of liberty and freedom. They did not write a “living” document open to interpretation. They gave us a design for government as firmly carved in stone as the Commandments Moses received from God. These were educated men and yet they wrote a document in simple and plain English. There are not hundreds of whereas or here to for’s they said what they meant. No one has to figure out the meaning of is to know what is means.
ReplyDeleteOur current government on all levels is a perversion of what our funders intended. So yes, I am a threat because I know the truth. I also know because history has taught me those in power will only be defeated by force. It will become war and those in power know as long as Americans own millions of guns we cannot be forced to kneel as slaves. President Obama just set the throttle to wide open and is trying to bury America with problems so he can implement Martial Law. The day will soon be here when Homeland Security is ordered to go door to door and confiscate ALL guns. When that order happens, will you kneel and accept the shackle or fight for freedom.

DeleteWell said.
I pray for the day they attempt to disarm us. Then they can take their masks off and we can fight face to real face. We will all know where we stand. In the meantime, these idiot games are frustrating.
ReplyDeletethese idiot games are frustrating.
DeleteQuite true.
Badger, these days if you ain't on a watch list, you ain't trying.
ReplyDeleteI blame those damn radical Odinists. And Bush, because it's all Bush's fault.
