The Way Holder Is Letting These 2 Black Panther Would-Be Terrorists Off The Hook Is Insane

Via avordvet

Recall back in 2008, during the voting that led to Obama’s election, how the New Black Panther Party and two of its members were charged with voter intimidation for their conduct outside a polling station in Philadelphia?

There was even video showing the Panthers, King Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson, clad in black and brandishing what appeared to be a club, scowling at people as they entered the voting place.
In a highly controversial move that outraged many concerned with voter intimidation and potential fraud, the Department of Justice later narrowed the charges against Shabazz and dismissed the charges against the New Black Panther Party and Jackson.

Now, in an action reminiscent of what it did some six years ago, Holder’s DOJ appears to be going easy on two members of the New Black Panther Party who allegedly plotted to blow up the St. Louis Gateway Arch and carry out political assassinations…all in the name of protesting the Ferguson shooting and grand jury decision.

  1. We have already established that Holder has committed high crimes by willfully disregarding existing laws. He helped the murdering Bill Clinton and Janet Reno in a host of crimes including Waco. The guy has a track record. People must be very afraid of him, and Jarrett - I only know of one who has publicly resigned over the lawlessness of the DOJ and that was in 2010.

    1. I remember that and he is a good man.

      Post-Justice Department career

After leaving the Justice Department, Adams became counsel for the Election Law Center and a contributor to the center's blog. Additionally, he became a contributor to Pajamas Media.[5] On June 28, 2010, The Washington Times published a guest commentary by Adams in which Adams accused the Justice Department of racial bias by dropping the New Black Panthers case.[19] Subsequently, Adams accused Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez of lying under oath in investigative hearings before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.[5] On July 6, 2010, Adams testified before the Commission on Civil Rights that the Justice Department's decision was driven by racial bias against white Americans.[20]

During the 2012 Republican presidential primaries in Virginia, Adams represented candidate Michele Bachmann in a multi-candidate lawsuit to add Bachmann and others to the primary ballot in Virginia.[21] Bachmann and the other candidates lost the lawsuit.[22]

  2. It sounds like Mr. Adams landed on his feet very nicely. How sad that there are so few who are willing to do the right thing.
