A British report has delivered a bombshell that could influence the debate on women in combat. The report becomes public as a January 2016 deadline for services to request exemptions from the Obama Administration’s policy to open ground combat roles to women approaches.
According to a report by the Washington Times, the report by the Ministry of Defense, done this past December, stated that opening ground combat roles to women would likely have detrimental effects in combat effectiveness and possibly unit cohesion. The report stated that “In three of the 11 negative factors, mitigation would be a significant challenge; these are survivability, morbidity and deployability, much of which are predicated by physiology.” The report also noted the survivability risks were “about biology rather than character.”

Yet another report from the Department of Duh!. And they had to spend real money to arrive at conclusions that anyone with any common sense could have arrived easily.
ReplyDeleteQuestion is will they 'kill the messenger' so they can continue along the PC path of making their military 'balanced' and will the US military take notice of this reality or will the feminazi's and the socialists win again and persist in their goal of purging the military of real men and warriors to be replaced with make up, purses and touchy feely solutions for everything.
Oh, they'll do their best to kill it, that's for sure.
DeleteIt took a report to figure that out?????

You win the comment of the day so far. :)
DeleteBut there's just something about a woman with a gun....ruff ruff!
ReplyDelete:) When are you going to Ocracoke?
DeleteThis is a lot of the reason I got out in '96, pushing bleeding gashes into combat arms units. Engineer equipment operators, yet slowed down the battalion runs, and murdered morale. Keep the girls in the house.
ReplyDelete".......it’s not an attack on women, just a presentation of facts, like would you be offended if I said men are naturally inclined to be more physically powerful? No house wouldn’t, this is no different, I know for a fact I wouldn’t want a woman in my section, simply because it’s a liability"
ReplyDeleteAs PC as the rest of the British government is -I'm really surprised they took this stand instead of just going along.
ReplyDeleteGood point.
DeleteWomen on the front lines in combat ... hmm, what 'SANE' govt. would do this? None would, so there you have it.
ReplyDeleteThis report is a CYA that states the obvious for when the massive Clusters occur... the PTB don't care about the body bags or lost morale - they want to destroy the military and leave it to the UN where the Gays & Trannies & Clueless will be right at home - Screw the real Patriots who still care about their country and mission. Get out before it's too late!

DeleteExcellent.
In plain English, they cannot hang.
