"TPTB could just use it as a reason to roll up on the mine with delta force and rangers. You know, to protect the terrorized BLM forces that want to burn the place to the ground and steal the surface rights. You know - because THEY have no record of surface rights since a lot of those records were mysteriously lost in a magic fire-shredding accident. So... since no one owns the land; they'll just take it."

    This doesn't worry me half as much as the feds outlawing "logos" for "outlaw bikers". Because if the feds can outlaw a cartoon on a cut off jacket they can outlaw Confederate flags and Christian crosses with the same law. Or "III" patches ,or anything else they want to. The communist snowball is getting bigger every day---Ray

      Well, evidently they think by getting rid of a motorcycle club's logo it will somehow/magically stop them from continuing, so I'd say they are dumb beyond belief. :)
