    Brock, whats the most power you ever had?
    I road in a '70 cuda 440 magnum once. 400 hp? My ford diesel has 445. But that is an altogether different kind of juice.

    1. Well, they underrated the HP for insurance purposes. The fastest I ever rode in was a '65 Cobra 289. The 289 was 0 to 60 in 4.2 and the 427 was 4.0, not much difference, I could have bought a brand new 289 Cobra for under $8,000 then, but couldn't afford it, so bought a 5K mile Hi-Po 289 for $2,800. Sure wish I had that now.
