On one of my first trips to New Hampshire in 1991, to challenge President George H. W. Bush, I ran into Sen. Eugene McCarthy.
He was returning to the scene of his ’68 triumph, when he had inflicted the first crippling wound on Lyndon Johnson.
“Pat, you don’t have to win up here, you know,” he assured me. “All you have to do is beat the point spread.”
“Beat the point spread” is a good description of what Donald Trump has to do in Monday night’s debate.

I have read a lot of people thinking that Hillary would use a wireless ear piece, so she could be briefed. Also seen photos which could be ear pieces. If you watch Hillary in numerous videos, she appears robotic.
ReplyDeleteWhatever the accident, disease, or illness. It has left her very mentally diminished. She seems to struggle just to make coherent sentences. I doubt she can debate, unless there is someone feeding her answers.
I would love to see Trump, at the beginning, walk-up to the moderator and show he is not wearing any wireless ear pieces. Then just walk back to his podium and look at Hillary.

Good man.
DeleteHeard on Michael Savage today that Hillary is going to sit
ReplyDeleteon a stool during the debate. She is mentally and physically
not fit and that is all there is to it. Pretending won't
make it go away. Also, had read during the Greensboro NC
rally she really was not there. The cell phone videos were
not able to display her and at one point she even disappeared while on stage. Was she a hologram?
