Gohmert: No Need For Special Counsel, Mueller/Comey -- ‘Dirty’ and Should Recuse

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) said special counsel Robert Mueller should recuse himself from the Russia investigation because he is ‘dirty’. He also ripped into Comey saying he is dirty as well.
Gohmert started out by saying he’s had a queasy feeling for the last 8 years as the Obama administration has essentially gotten away with one scandal after another, specifically ‘fast and furious’ where people actually lost their lives.

He then references Adam Schiff’s comment about President Trump possibly firing special counsel, Mueller:
Gohmert: “Over the last 8 years we have looked desperately for a way to try to get a fair and independent counsel because we desperately needed one for all of the scandals in the Obama administration and the courts have made very clear Congress does not have authority to appoint a special counsel, independent counsel. That’s an executive function Congress does not have.
