NAZIs are vilified and deserve to be. Yet somehow Communists that have killed millions and millions and millions more are not. Any explanation? I sure don’t have one.

A different take.
Just to say: I find it curious how some try to dismiss certain mass killings while others, such as those by the Nazis, are defended by law, not up for debate.
ReplyDeleteAnd additionally we see attempts at false claims of mass killings, eg. Serbia and Syria.
My conclusion: Most in our society do not merit trust. We live in a society of liars who manufacture truth, don't defend it.
It's a very strange thing, very strange, how atrocities are fabricated, ignored, or highlighted.
If a person is wrongfully harmed or killed, that act is a sin. It's the same sin no matter who does it.
A free society would discuss such things and would remember all crimes equally. My experience in my college history class was: Keep one's head down, don't ask questions.
I have never studied WWII, and I never will. That information is too dangerous. But it is very strange how the US tried to link mass killings to both Serbia and Syria. The truth should matter.
Similarly, I would not dare to discuss the "Civil War" in a classroom today. I'd be put up on youtube and instantly made into a deplorable.
This is simply not a free society.
