Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) defended former President Bill Clinton, Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) and Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) against allegations of sexual misconduct while attacking President Donald Trump and Alabama GOP U.S. Senate hopeful Roy Moore.
On Clinton, Pelosi said, “I think it is a generational change. Let me say the concern we had then was that they were impeaching the president of the United States. and for something that had nothing to do with the performance of his duties and trying to take him out for that reason.”
On Conyers, Pelosi said, “We are strengthened by due process. Just because someone is accused — and was it one accusation? Is it two? I think there has to be — John Conyers is an icon in our country. He has done a great deal to protect women — Violence Against Women Act, which the left — right-wing — is now quoting me as praising him for his work on that, and he did great work on that. But the fact is, as John reviews his case, which he knows, which I don’t, I believe he will do the right thing.”
On Franken, she added, “I don’t believe you can equate Senator Franken with Roy Moore. It is two different things.”
Pelosi called Roy Moore “a child molester.”
On Trump, she said “So many women have had a bad experience. Now they are saying I have had a bad experience and now a person who possibly engaged in that activity is the president of the United States. I’m speaking out. ”
Again, Nancy is showing just how much of her little, liberal mind she has lost!

DeleteWhat that unhinged old hag is saying: Do as we say, not as we do. In addition, there are two sets of rules and standards, one for us and another for the rest you rubes. I've even read where we, the dirt people in fly-over land are to excuse and tolerate the sexual misconduct of our betters and elites as they are working for the greater good. Any one who would defend Bill Clinton has zero credibility. What ever misconduct President Trump may have had, he has never left a woman to drown in his car or grope a woman in public and call it a "waitress sandwich".
ReplyDeleteThe charges leveled at President Clinton were the same as those considered for President Nixon: Perjury, the subordination of perjury and Obstruction of justice. Both of them lied to the Public regarding their conduct. There is zero doubt in my mind, insane Pelosi would have been screaming for impeachment (and voting to remove from office) had Billy been a Republican. In Pelosi's demented mind it is two different things; Franken is a democrat and Moore is a Republican, therefore two different things.
Any one who would defend Bill Clinton has zero credibility.
